Clay face masks

We have all heard and seen
clay masks in stores and advertised. And a good
face scrub always feels amazing. But is clay really any better than other scrubs? The answer appears to be yes. To begin with, clay is great at absorbing those
nasty oils,
harmful toxins, and any dirt that is in our
skin. There are various types of
clay, and each has its own benefits. In general,
high mineral clay is great at exfoliating the skin, and helping blood circulate. Clay can help remove dead
skin, clean out your pores, and give you a great and healthy glow. If you have sensitive
skin, White Kaolin Clay is great, and will give you that great glow, but is not good for drawing out oils. Yellow Kaolin Clay is also good for
sensitive skin because it is so mild. It works great to
cleanse and
exfoliate. If you have
oily skin, try French Green Clay, which is high in minerals and is used as a therapeutic clay. If you have normal skin, there are many more options available to you. Rose Clay, which cleanses and exfoliates, is one great example. Clays are often used in soaps, body powders, masks, and even body wraps. There are many recipes that you can make at home for all of your facial needs. Not only will you help you face be cleaner and more healthy, but a great clay mask will help you relax and feel amazing. If you are trying a clay mask for the first time, try a little on a small area of the skin before you do the whole thing, just in case you have a reaction.
